Our Story
Established in 2023, Sugar Me Fancy Boutique is a Toronto-based salon specializing in sugar hair removal, lash tint, lash lift, and other beauty-centered services. At Sugar Me Fancy, our mission is to help our clients feel confident and beautiful by providing meticulous, individualized care.
We are Ann and Amy, the dynamic duo behind Sugar Me Fancy Boutique. Our story begins in 2013 as co-workers. Whilst working alongside one another we quickly realized we had a unique synergy and deep trust in each other's abilities. We discovered our shared passion for work and entrepreneurship. Thus, fueled by our shared vision and a commitment to delivering excellence, we have decided to embark on a new adventure together and take the leap of becoming co-founders. Today, Sugar Me Fancy Boutique is a testament to our unwavering dedication and strong foundation of trust we built as friends over the last decade. In the next decade, we hope to take you on this journey with us!

Hi everyone!
I’ve been a licensed esthetician since 2011 and have been specializing in sugaring hair removal since 2013. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to explore a variety of spa treatments and facials, but I eventually found my true passion in sugaring and lash lifts — and I’ve never looked back!
What I love most about working in the beauty industry is the connection. I’ve met so many incredible people along the way, and I feel lucky that some clients have even turned into good friends. There’s nothing more rewarding than making someone feel comfortable, confident, and cared for — it’s truly what keeps me going.
I take pride in my work and always give each service the time and attention it deserves. Whether it’s a first-time sugaring appointment or a regular lash lift client, I focus on creating a relaxed, friendly space where people feel listened to and leave feeling refreshed.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll probably find me out on a walk, playing board games, watching movies or anime, or roller skating. I’ve always loved art, and still enjoy sewing and drawing when inspiration strikes.

Welcome to my world. I am a certified esthetician and sugarist since 2012. Since I was young, I always wanted to help people and after many years of studying, I finally found my calling in the esthetics industry. My mom was actually the one who persuaded me since she wanted us to open a salon. Skeptical at first because I don't have an artistic bone in my body nor have a keen eye for beauty, I continued in hopes of finding my niche. Thirteen years later, I am proud to say that I am certified in sugaring, lash lift, and tint and recently certified in Ombre brow tattoo.
Being an esthetician and sugarist has allowed me to help make people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. I look forward to meeting everybody and sharing my passion for sugaring, skincare, and the esthetics world with you.
When I'm not at SMF, you'll find me working full-time as a healthcare administrator and hanging with my 2 kids. My boys have been my biggest inspiration in life. As a mom, I strive to give them the best life possible. You can catch us playing ball or hockey, at the movies, or chatting about Pokémon (I'm clueless) or playing card games like Uno.
Otherwise, I enjoy cooking for friends and family and trying new foods. Downtime, I love treating myself to some much-needed R&R at the spa or sauna, going for long walks, reading and binge-watching a Netflix series.
I am so blessed to have my friend and business partner, Ann standing beside me during this venture. And I am so grateful for all the clients' support and trusting SMF for their beauty needs.
